What's the minimum group size you handle?

We typically work with groups of 10 or more. Smaller than that, our Luxury FIT service (built for individuals and small private groups) is usually a better fit -- ask us and we'll point you the right way.

Do you handle group travel for corporate incentives and MICE specifically?

Can you manage transport and accommodation as a single package?

Yes -- that's the core of what a group travel management company does. Coaches, internal flights, hotel room blocks, and venue bookings are coordinated as one plan with one invoice, rather than separate bookings you have to reconcile yourself.

Do you work directly with group organisers, or only through travel agents?

We're a trade-only B2B operator -- we work through travel agents and tour operators, not directly with the public. If you're an agent with a group enquiry, register as a trade partner and send us the brief.

How far in advance should we book group travel to Australia?
