Registered AGT trade partner for 3+ months
Valid travel agency registration / IATA-TIDS or equivalent
Minimum 5 Australia bookings sent in the last 12 months, or a demonstrated pipeline
One seat per agency per departure window, subject to availability
Employee of the agency, or an approved nominee
Valid passport with 6+ months validity and an approved Australian visitor visa

FAM Program frequently asked.
Is this a free FAM trip?
No. This is a paid, net, non-commissionable partner rate - significantly below what you'd quote a client, but not free. This keeps the program financially sustainable and self-selecting for agents who are seriously invested in selling Australia.
Can I bring a companion?
Yes - the quoted price is per person on a twin-share basis, and a companion (spouse, colleague, or another agent from your agency) can share the room at the same rate, subject to availability.
What's not included?
International & Domestic airfare to and from Australia, Visa and Overseas Travel Insurance. Optional experiences outside the core itinerary and personal expenses are also excluded.
How many departure windows are there each year?
Two fixed windows per calendar year, scheduled around Australia's shoulder seasons for the best availability and value. Exact dates are confirmed on application.
Can I request a custom itinerary instead of the 7-night core program?
The core itinerary is designed to be the most representative of what you'll actually be selling. If your agency focuses heavily on a specific region (e.g. Outback, Tasmania, luxury lodges), mention it in your application and we'll advise on custom options where possible.
