  • Drivers must be 21 years or older

  • Must present a valid Indian Driving Licence (in English) OR an International Driving Permit

  • Indian license holders can drive in Australia for up to 3 months from entry date

  • A valid credit card in the driver’s name is required at the time of car pickup

  • Security deposit will be held as pre-authorisation on card (usually A$250)

  • No refund for unused days, early return or itinerary modifications

  • 50% charge for cancellations between 15–29 days

  • 100% charge if cancelled within 14 days
